What a Peel Does

A chemical peel uses a measured acid blend to loosen and remove the dull, damaged surface layer of skin so fresher skin can come through. Depending on the peel and its strength, it can soften fine lines, even out tone, fade dark spots and melasma, smooth rough texture, and help with certain kinds of acne.

The honest part is that no single peel does all of that for everyone. The right peel depends on your skin and what you are trying to change, and the gentler peels are designed to give results in a series rather than one dramatic, peel-everything session. We will talk it through and match you to the right one.

The Peels We Offer

• Lactic is the gentlest, a hydrating, brightening peel with very little irritation or downtime. Best in a series.
• Glycolic is a classic resurfacing peel for tone and texture.
• Jessner's is a deeper peel for more pronounced concerns.
• MandeliClear was developed specifically for pigmentation in skin of color, pairing a gentle acid complex with a vitamin A accelerator to lift discoloration from acne, melasma, or sun damage.
• TCA is a deeper peel that targets discoloration, melasma, and fine lines; the surface peels over several days.
• Obagi^® Blue Peel Radiance is a quick, superficial salicylic peel that leaves skin brighter and smoother, often after a single visit.
