What It Is
PRX Derm Perfextion, also called PRX-T33, is a "no-peel peel": a blend of trichloroacetic acid (TCA), hydrogen peroxide, and kojic acid that is massaged into the skin rather than left to exfoliate. Unlike a traditional peel, it works below the surface to stimulate collagen without stripping the top layer, so there is no flaking and no downtime. It also does not make your skin sun-sensitive, which means it is safe to do through the summer.
What It Helps
It is a good fit for early laxity and firmness, dull or dehydrated skin, uneven tone and brightness, scars and stretch marks, and fine lines. Many people feel an immediate tightening, but the lasting change builds over a series.
How It Differs From a Chemical Peel
